Xiomi India - Xiomi service centre is not resolving my problem

My mi a* phone is not connecting to my pc as well as with my laptop but phone connects with mi service centre . When i ask them to resolve this issue then they are saying that there is no problem to resolve in my phone . For this issue i visit their many times but problem is still not resolved
