Xiaomi India - Xiaomi Vacumn Robo

I have been trying to resolve my warranty claim for my Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner S** for over a month, but I am only being made to run in circles. The grievance team keeps directing me to the service center, while the service center pushes me back to grievance. This is nothing but drama and harassment to avoid responsibility.

The facts are clear:

The vacuum malfunctioned by rotating/hovering at one spot instead of navigating, which led to water seepage and eventual failure.

This is a device fault, not consumer misuse. Since the product itself has an inbuilt water reservoir, citing “liquid damage” is baseless and unfair.

The technician only performed a superficial check with screwdrivers, and despite observing a blinking motherboard light, hastily declared it “dead.” This raises doubts about Xiaomi’s intent in denying warranty claims.

I demand that Xiaomi:

Approve my warranty claim immediately (repair/replacement free of cost).

Provide the device map/activity logs from your servers to prove the fault.
