Today (**-Oct-****) I have given Redmi Note * mobile for screen replacement at MI service center kukatpally, hyderabad. The phone was in working condition and had no issues. They verified it and told me that it will get repaired in * hours. Later when I visited service center, they told me the phone is unable to start there is an issue with hardware and you need to get it repaired as well.
I have given my mobile at your service center in full working condition and i was assured that if I do not want to get it repaired I should pay only nominal service charges. But now they are trying to give back my mobile in dead condition.
I request you to provide me my mobile in working condition.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
