I have ordered Xiaomi **i mobile on **/**/** today is **/**/**** from last ** days Bluedart delivery partner is facing issue with their system and not able to deliver order. I have raised * complaints but MI is not Able to resolve this issue.
I think Xiaomi India is running a scam they are giving attractive offer and once we paid order they will not deliver order for ** days later they ask us to pay full amount for device without any offer or cancel your order. Cancellation and refund will take another ** day and now Xiaomi India have utilized our *****₹ for ** days without any interest or compensation.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
