Bajaj Company - Wrongs ECS charges

Hello. I have purchased a mobile from baja electronics and the cost of mobile is *****.i have selected emi option while purchase.
At first they asked me to pay * emi' s and i have done the same and remaining ** emi will be directly debited from bank account.

For first * months everything was correct.
But in the month of October due to some bank holidays amount got debited * days late. But on **th October there was ECS charges was levied and i contacted with baja and bank also. Both are saying each other name.
Again in the month of january i have payed emi on *nd morning. It didn't get updated and evening ECS charges were levied on me.
And again on *th again ECS charges were levied and again on *th are also levied.

It's very unfair and there is no proper response from any one. It's just a looting the money of people.
How can be * times ECS charges levied.

Please check into it and no other person should suffer like this.
