Bajaj Company - Delay in service of bike after accident

I had an accident on **th March ****, due to which my bike got damaged. I submitted my vehicle to JSB BAJAJ service centre which is at badshahpur, sohna road, Gurgaon on **th March ****. From that day to this date..** days have been passed and there is no progress regarding the claim registration from insurance company which is oriental insurance and damage loss survey deputation.
