budget ticket - Wrongly deduction of Convenience fee by budget ticket

Due to covid-** my flight from Ahmedabad to Bhubneshwer was cancelled by IndiGO airlines. The PNR no is QFJLXV. IndiGo has refud Rs *****.** to budget ticket. Budget ticket has given me Rs *****.** deducting Rs ****.** as Convenience fee (wich is refunded by IndiGo.) and Rs ***.** as agency service fee. The balance *****-*****=****.** is payable to me. I have requested so many time but budget ticket didnot respond.
