ANI Technologies Private Limited OLA - Wrongly charged ride share

I am an ola partner and have a car attached with ola.
Ola boasts **-** % sharing for each ride.
But, on a specific ride ola took more than **% for a ride, without stating any specific reason or cost breakup. Customer care support says they can't do anything as it is system generated. that means either there system is wrong or what they say is wrong or they are doing fraud.
it has happened with other friend of mine and i believe its happening at many places.
I am attaching the details of the ride,
customer bill is ***.**, and from that ola is taking ***.** which is more than **%.
