No resolution has been provided to me for any of my problems. More than money have i lost my loyal customers because of their poor customer service. Shipment are not Delivered and fake remarks are updated in tracking status. There is no one to help you with your problem. Nor courier company helps you to solve the problem since you have booked through shiprocket.
Very poor with their services though good with their booking interface.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
