I am writing to you about my Halaplay account being wrongly blocked. I have contacted the e-mail support over * times, yet they refuse to understand.
Here is my issue -
I have over **** rupees in my account, which was recently blocked citing a match that my opponent forfeited. I understand that this is generally done to transfer referral bonus between duplicate accounts.
But I had no intention of doing so and can prove that since I played * matches with my opponent that day.
One of them in which I won, and cited as the reason my account was blocked. (He thought that is was a reverse league match). But for the same match in another league, he won and hence no money was exchanged between us.

I hope that this misunderstanding is cleared as quickly as possible.
