Halaplay .com - Halaplay is A fraud

In halaplay, there is a policy that if you refer to a people and they play a game you can earn ₹*** non refundable amount which you can use for playing fantasy games.
I referred to many peoples and I earn approx ₹*** non refundable amount.
From which I play many fantasy games, in which I won and loss both.
At the end I have ₹*** refundable amount which I can redeem.
But when I redeem they declined my withdrawal buy saying fair play violation (as they say I created many accounts,which is not true btw)
And at the end they block my account too.. in which I have *** rupee currently!
