Hyderabad metro rail - Wrongful restraint from travelling in metro women harassment and theft

I am regularly travelling using metro in Hyderabad,I have filed a criminal case pending against one rapist Nishanth in Manoranjan complex court just under Gandhi Bhavan Metro station and I attended hearing on **/**/****.I booked my ticket through paytm scanning QR code in the metro station for ** rs. I was about to board metro in Gandhi Bhavan Metro station, when one Metro staff Shakera Begum blocked my way wrongly restrained me on getting bribe from the rapist. She brought some other metro staff. The customer care guy did lewd gestures on me and these people abused me in filthy language in public.They called BegumBazar Ps and they gave thumbs up signalling some plan/conspiracy.They pulled my bag and I was dispossessed of my bag. They pulled my mask and tried to pore some liquid in my mouth forcefully.The police constables abused me. The metro staff and police constable abused me sayng "only nishanth can. rape you and we can't?"
"How much do you charge for one night?" "You were calling for brothel inside the metro" They pulled me away from bag and dragged me violently causing me injury. This was a criminal conspiracy to steal my mobile phone to help the rapist. They stole my mobile phone evidence and ***** cash. I was not allowed to travel,lost money. My friend witnessed all these incidents. I took treatment in Osmania hospital. I have filed a criminal case against the accused persons in Nampally **th ACMM but I want to file a consumer complaint to get my hard earned money paid to them along with heavy compensation for all the harassment.
