Hyderabad metro rail - Not getting change after taking ticket at lb nagar metro station

Good morning sir, I am working in a private company, daily I'm using metro services to go to office. Recently fare was increased to my destination station miyapur as **. Daily I used to buy the ticket through online platforms like phnpe, paytm etc, but yesterday on **/**/**** I don't have the money in my online wallets so I given ** rupees of physical money. They gave me a ticket and not given one rupee back. I asked them for one rupee. Ticket giving person I don't know her name, she grabbed the ticket and said harshly "go and take online ticket"
I said, madam if I have the money in my account I don't need to stand in queue for ticket and I don't have time to argue for this one please give one rupee change. Then she said then you should not ask for change..
My question is how many rupees like my situation are going I don't know. Can't they keep change of one rupees if they changed fare rate to ** rupees. Please consider this as big problem. One rupee of mine going to them not a problem, but so many rupees like this scenario They are grabbing not good at all. Even in return journey also I gave *** rupees for ** rupees ticket I miyapur, they gave me ** rupees one rupee gone, I asked them give mee one rupee change. They gave me two rupees, but I need only one rupee of mine I don't want extra so I gave * rupee back to them. This is the fare rate issue at hyderabad metro now please respond to this query.
