Sbi Credit Card - Wrongful renewal of my SBI Credit card annual fees

Hi Team,
My SBI card get blocked and I am awaiting to receive my new card but somehow I didn't get my card in the month of January, after words due to lock down they were unable to reach via helpline, even though they are still unreachable. Now, i am charged with renewal fees of *** which is unwarranted as I didn't possess any SBI credit card , neither I am authorized to do so. Without my consent how can they charged me. I email to them and also call their helpline number but they were not reachable.
Even I want to pay to clear my headache I am unable to do so, as for making payment it requires to enter credit card number which I don't have it.
So, if my request of giving me new card is still pending with them. If i am not taking any action against them , then I am wrongfully liable to pay the *** rupees amount and its late fees which eventually would accumulate as stated earlier I cannot make payment because of not issuing new card.
All the evidence can be called from SBI credit card team. I have few mails, and everybody know how their helpline works
