I bought the above LIG Flat in Oct ****. The house was occupied by * persons only. I never received bills from Delhi Jal Board till July ****. In Aug ****, when I approached the department, they have issued a bill for Rs.**,*** for the period from Feb **** onwards. It was noticed that there are no readings given in the bill which includes penalty and late payment charges. The staff is unable to give details to me and in spite my various meetings no one helped me.
I request your intervention and request you to instruct the Delhi Jal Board to correct the bill based on the correct readings and waive off the interest and penalty to enable me to pay the correct amount.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
