The Delhi Jal Board is generating inappropriate bills one sided which mentally harasses a person. Some time back the problem was solved by Akosha and in **** they themselves rectified the bill and now they have generated a bill amounting to Rs ****/- bill date **/**/****. In the flat, a lady journalist is living alone. When so far they were generating zero amount bills against the key no ********** as ***** litres are provided free by the government. How it is possible that there is excess consumption of water. Please take up the matter and get rid of an old retiree from this mental agony.
