I had ordered for a Krypton Hope * GB ** GB Bluetooth Android * G Smart watch from your online buying site on **/**/****, but the watch that had been delivered to me on **/**/**** is not an original product. I request you to look into the matter so that I can return the product and get the original product/ my money refunded. I am sending you pictures of the original product as well as the one I received.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
