Have Ordered with a Order No: ********** on **.**.**** a smart Watch which was shown as MI Smart Watch *+* Offer and paid an amount of INR **** and they have delivered a duplicate watch showing as M*
After receiving the product i have tried calling many times to the customer care but they have kept a system of auto cut after one ring.
I have mailed around *-* times but no reply from their side.
Do Please help and how they are undoubtedly cheating customers and running their business in such grand way..

Company ne jbl company ka bluetooth speaker and mini ear pad jbl company ka small vala dikhaya uski pic bhi show hui but dublicate bhej diya. Ab unhe koi bhi contact nhi ho pa raha hai.
The company advertises about MI * band available on their website at a huge discount and that too buy * get * free. We ordered * bands from them, which means we should have got * bands, but we only received * bands....
