I ordered a product Nike Zoom Winflo * running shoes and received an old torn pair of trash shoes on *th july. I lodged a complaint to Myntra immediately( on *th July) and shared the pictures. however, my claim was declined and no help was provided to me. No refund/replacement has been provided and I have received an email saying the product was sent after all checks and they can't help me.
There is no way of me contacting them. When I place a request call from Myntra, I am being told that we can't do anything. We can only tell you that we can't help you as the product is dispatched after proper checks.
I shared the pictures right then and showed it to the delivery guy. He asked me to just tell the company and they will refund it. However, company has denied all help.
I have been harrassed for no fault of mine. I have my UPSC exam and my studies are hampered because of this issue.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
