I orderd one apparel and after it was delivered I requested an exchange as the product due to size issues. The exchanged product delivered successfully but when I checked found it was a bit different from the one got delivered. The same day I raised a return request with all tags intacted and the courier guy picked it.
Now the app shows the refund is on hold
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
