As part of routine check up I booked the following checks for my daughter aged ** yrs , through Thyrocare mobile app .. Order no. A*AB*B.
*) COVID Antibody- gt ,
*) Arogyam *.* package ,
I paid Rs.****/- online..
Blood Sample was collected in ** barcoded Ampules on **/**/**** , photo of which is attached. The collector Technician was one Mr. Subir Sardar .
Subsequently , Arogyam *.* report was held up for some query about usage of medication & released on ** /**/**** . The "Testosterone" figure was indicated as *** (abnormal) & I was advised to Clinically correlate . She never suffered any hormonal disorder .
Accordingly , she booked for Gynecological Specialist Doctor, who carried out a clinical test & recheck of Blood & the Testosterone figure came out to be **.** within * days . Doctor also ruled out the possibility of such a high figure clinically after checks & USG & told that such figures was only possible for Transgender ..
Aa) This erroneous reading has given rise to doubt about sample corruption by your Technician & accuracy/reliability of both the reports ..
Bb) It has also caused considerable mental agony for my daughter & a Married Woman ..
Cc) Huge amount of money to the tune of Rs ****/-(Rs.****/- Thyrocare + Clinical charges & retest as per ur advice Rs.****/- ) lost by us ..
The responsibility of above careless systematic failure , wholly rests with Thyrocare , since the booking was made through their mobile portal .
I demand compensation for money lost due to wrong reports & actions taken by Thyrocare so that similar systematic failure doesnot recur , causing mental agony to consumer .
