Thyrocare - Medical check up not done post payment completion

Hi,

I have arranged medical full body check for my elderly parents who are ** plus.Thyrocare had a pre payment of Rs***** and promised of medical tests and free doctor consultation.They only completed blood test and no intimation on further tests and doctor consultation.

Myself and my parents tried reaching them for about ** times approximately but no use ,they promise to arrange the tests tomorrow or next week but fail.

Please help us get the amount refunded
