I had ordered a lemon green rayon suit from Vastrova and opted for COD. After many days, when I finally received the suit on **th March, I was shocked to realise that the suit delivered was not the one I had ordered. I checked their website for a customer service number but in vain. Immediately I raised an email with my concern. Till now I have not received an update. While checking their FB page, I noticed that one of my friends had faced a similar situation and was treated very badly. She is still waiting for the refund. When e-commerce platforms are competing with each other for excellent customer experience, Vastrova has utterly failed to maintain the basics. They should shut shop or revisit their strategy. Waiting for a legit resolution on my case. - ORDER VT************
