Dress berry - Wrong size very cheap quality product

I ordered L size (** ) but they send me ** size product and when I asked to solve the problem they simply ignored and told me it's non refundable & non exchangeable....but they are not willing to listen that they send me wrong size product, customer care numbers are also not supporting me, very unprofessional & disgusting service
