Dress berry - Defective piece not getting refund

Ordered dressberry handbag in sale for *** rs which looked ok after delivery but once opened it for use, it started losing the leather from day * and zip also was lost. Found the tag and immediately placed return.
They delivered some old stock I suppose and which will need refund.
