I ordered one kurta of XXL size and they delivered the wrong size where not even a size tag is available and which is not fit to me. Moreover, the original dress which I received is like a duplicate product which they have shown in the pic. Now the stupid answer I receive from them is the product is delivered in good condition without any damage so no returns are accepted. If it fits I can use it if the quality is not good also, here quality and size both are not good.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
