I am a customer of TataSky dthservices for long time. On **-July-**** I placed an order for hd secondary connection with latest stb(hevc). But the distributed installed normal hd stb and since I ordered through customer care advised me to complain to them to replace the box. On **-July-**** I raised issue with customer care and asked them to provide either the hevc box I ordered or refund money - complaint ID **aen*k*. On **-*-** I confirmed the availability of hevc stb with the local distributor. On **-July one nodal officer called me and refused to replace the stb which I ordered and on cancellation of the order no refund is possible. Now My money Rs **** is with Tatasky and the stb is inactive now. This is unfair business practice and against business ethics. I want either the hevc stb I ordered or refund.
So I request your kindness to look into this matter of Tatasky behavior against the interest of cutomer and beg you to take action in this regard.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
