Harshita Edapanath filed complaint against Dr Lal Path Labs on May 24, 2023
The company provided wrong report. We found out as we took the test again twice from other lab and found out that the lipid profile was very different.
Also, we dint see LDL and VLDL details in my husband’s report whereas my report had the values.
When we reached out to the lab personnel, he said that we purposely dint mention LDL values as it was too high. What kind of behaviour is this? Then are we doing blood test just to see good things?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
