anand diagnostics laboratory - Wrong report for my blood report

I had submitted my blood for a routine checkup on **/**/****. I had requested for lipid profile, which was a very critical report before meeting the doctor. After collecting the report on **/**.****, I met with the doctor for the checkup. He was shocked to see my LDL has increased to *** in spite of a high dose of tablets for lowering cholesterol. I was advised to get additional injections which cost me almost **K per injection. I had an angioplasty two months back and I was also advised to get another angioplasty done to avoid heart attack becos of high LDL levels.

For a second opinion, I met another doctor and he casually asked me to check the blood report in another lab, to my surprise the LDL was only **. Now I realized how I was cheated by AnandLab reports all these years.
I tried to complain to the support, but they always dodge and ask to send an email to enquiry@anandlab.com

Let me know what additional evidence or details are required to file a complaint against this company to recover the costs for mental agony and also to avoid any such reoccurrence to anyone else.
