Anand Diagnostics Laboratory - Unethical Practice

Based on my request and prior appointment, blood sample was drawn from my wife on **th sep ** for testing fasting & postprandial Blood sugar, fasting & postprandial Insulin levels, Hb*C and complete hemogram. Till date I have not received the insulin level reports. Every time I call, the customer care executive says that the reagent and kit is not available. This is happening for last two days. When asked to be spoken to person in management, they are failing to do so. Being a medical professional I want to raise the issue with higher management of the laboratory but without success. I consider this act of drawing blood sample and not giving the result of the test in time as an medical negligence.
