Parth Parekh filed complaint against Flipkart.com on May 18, 2018
Dear Team,
I have ordered shirt from Flipkart application, i got message that it would be delivered by **th may.. But today i received message from courier team that it is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address.. I called helpline number and executive said that i have given correct address but there is mistake from courier team..
Below are my concerns:
*. If there is mistake from your side then why should I call Flipkart for follow up???
*. When i called their helpline at around *:**pm today then their executive said that I have to call after *pm why misleading as on message it was clearly mentioned to contact Flipkart...
*. What about your promise time about **th may, why should i face problem because of error done from Flipkart or courier company as i was expecting the same today (**th may ****)
*. When i called on helpline your executive said it would take two business days including Saturday to reach my product to me at my address then why i received message that it would reach by **rd may.. It should be **st may.. Note: Their executive explained me about two business days but why there is Misscommunication
*. I raised for call back on your application and i received a call from their executive he also explained me about two business days but he is blaming me that i mentioned Thane district that's why it is not delivered as i mentioned district.. I have provided correct details. For Thane is district for Dombivli.
*. I am on call with his senior Amit, now he said me that it would reach you by **rd and he is behaving rudely. i have asked for his supervisor.. My call is connected since ** minutes with such a long hold.
Because of their mistake i have to suffer.
As i have not got my product within promise date.
