I have placed an order on Myntra for a Columbia Men’s Jacket on *th October ****. I received the package on **th October and was delivered a wrong product that did not have any price or brand tags. I raised a return request with Myntra, but Myntra cancelled the request after investigation saying that there was no evidence of package tampering. I have since then escalated multiple times with Myntra support but did not get any resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
