Jabong.com - Wrong products delivered and returns not picked up

Jabong is a cheat a fraud when it comes to customer service and delivery of products. I had purchased various products during **th July sale. Order Id: ***************, Order Id: *************** and Order Id: *************** are under complaint by me but they are not responding to mails and calls. Only thing they did in ** days is gave a complaint no. Daily I'm facing issues from them. They are not picking up products.The courier service they hire are cheaters. They don't visit or call and cancelled my pick- up. Other order ,its been * days the product is delivered and website is showing that product is still not dispatched. I contacted the Jabong Team but they are harassing me not creating return for the product. They are delaying so that they cheat on me and say now time has passed we can't take return. I contacted there Chief Manager but of no use they all are involved and not resolving matters. I want amt for my damage and metal harassment by them. Also want to get the pick-up done in priority basis. I don't wish to keep products with me.
