Vastrova - wrong product with Cheap quality delivered

I have ordered yellow party wear lehenga.
Ordered no is: VT************.
The product which delivered is not as shown image. The quality also not good. I want to return product. They are not responding to any mails.
The one what they have delivered. Cheap cloth.
