I have purchased Ather *** X Pro Pack on **th May ****. I took the delivery on *th May and booked on **th April.
Ather given me wrong scooter. The model which is given to me has Ather *** Plus specification the software is not correct. Company claimed that the scooter will have bluetooth and google maps but there is nothing in scooter. When I reached out to service centre they said that we are raising ticket and it will take one day. Its already * days but nothing has been communicated now they are saying it will take **-** days. Whats the use of giving so much money when you cannot provide right product ? Very Disappointed. I have even registered complaint calling on their complain number but they said we will what we can do. Ather made me fool. I want my money back
