I purchased a brand new Ather Rizta scooter on ** January **** from Ather Experience Centre, Rewa Madhyapradesh.
The scooter failed completely the very next day after delivery (** January ****) while on the road. It was taken to the service centre via RSA, where they initially assured it would be fixed in **-** minutes.
However, it has now been more than * days at the service centre with no resolution. The service team has been working continuously for more than * days, but they are unable to clearly explain what the actual problem is or provide any ETA for when it will be fixed.
This is clearly a manufacturing defect in a brand-new vehicle that became unusable immediately after delivery. Repeated disassembly over more than * days is compromising the scooter's original quality and integrity, which I find completely unacceptable.
This has caused significant hardship with no alternative transport for daily commuting and work.
I have already emailed Ather customer care multiple times with no satisfactory response.
I reject this scooter and demand:
Full refund of the invoice amount + compensation for inconvenience, or
Immediate replacement with a new, untouched unit.
