I ordered for an H&M Men Black Wool Tuxedo Jacket Skinny Fit (https://www.myntra.com/********) on *th of February **** with order number *******-*******-******* then when the product got delivered by an associate with number **********. I received a fake sweater (non h&m) with H&M tag product which is not even a Tuxedo. When I raised the concern with their team they say that they had shipped the right product. I don't have a video evidence but I have every tag and product intact the way I received. I demand a return and refund for my order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
