On july *rd **** - product item order no ******-********* "table mate * platinum" was ordered n paid for RS ****, and i received wrong product customer care no. ***********, they don't reply to phone or emails, address listed as #Home store F Block F -*** Rajouri garden Delhi west delhi
Finally after few days on calling from different phone no., a girl named Sonia picked phone, heard my complaint told me to keep return parcel ready n she shall arrange for replacement , told me to send complaint on different email id as healthbizz@live.com which I did, still no response on email or phone calls, we have been cheated, we need our money back as we can't use the product which is different from what we ordered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
