I had ordered a tummy tucker from jungle genie. Yesterday the package got delivered and I paid Rs.***, it was a wrong product and cheap quality. I raised the concern on the website but no response. Today I got another package and I paid Rs. *** again, wrong product was sent again.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
