jungle genie - No back side belt quality very poor

I have ordered to Jungle Genie , Delhi one Cross Bag at Rs.****/- which paid to Amazon on delivery.
I am shocked to note that there is no back side belt and quality is very poor. On second day on **/*/****
I mailed to Jungle Genie as follows:-
Still have not replied not taken back the bag
kindly do needful
