I have ordered an customised glass back cover for my iqooo * phone and they have sent me cover for iqooo * pro, i tried to contact customer support and share images and videos or cover and phone . Rather then accepting the mistake they were asking me to share screenshot of my mobile model and all. E-mail replies were also not professional. Bad company without any atehics and liability. Worst experience.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
