I ordered Kitkat Lotus Biscoff Chocolate from Flipkart on **/*/**. The order delivered on **/*/**. Instead of KitKat Lotus Biscoff they sent me some other kitkat chocolate which is cheap. The total quantity was * chocolates but they sent * chocolates and those are not KitKat Lotus Biscoff. From **/*/** i’m contacting to Flipkart Customer care they are not giving me any resolution and just simply doing timepass
and they are not ready for replacement and refund
