Henry filed complaint against Flipkart on Jun 23, 2018
Wrong product was recieved and when asked for replacement they said it was out of stock .we asked for a return but the return was automatcally cancelled and nothing was done against it.Later when call was made they say its too late. we havent got any refund or exchange and the service guy accepted that the return got cancelled due to their technical mistake
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
