Urja yantra - Wrong product recieved

Got an add in facebook. Laser engraver for ****/-.
Clicked the link and reached the website where I purchased the product as COD.
Got a small box delivered by delhivery couriers. Paid the cash and after opening the box, boom.... * small sized kids T.Shirts. took a photograph and sent it to the email address shown in the order confirmation mail that I got from them. They said the QC department confirmed that the right product was sent. I sent them the dimensions of the box and the dimensions of the product don't match.....No reply till now. Even after repeated reminders... they are fraud..
