Shankar Ganpat Walke filed complaint against Urja yantra on Aug 13, 2019
MY name is Shankar Walke residing in Powai Mumbai - **. On *th May **** I had ordered UV **** Neptune Hub - *pcs for amount ****.**, my order no is **************.from urjayantra.com.
As I opened the delivery package, I found * pcs of small child shirt which are cheap and unbranded. I at once called the delivery person Mr. Pankaj Vishwakarma (**********) to take back the fake product, but he denied and told me to complaint.
Now what should I say to this, is it a fraud or a mistake. I had mailed to urjayantra****@gmail.com several times but no one called me back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
