I received a wrong product and even after sharing photos and video Myntra has declined my return request twice and now saying that we have sent a sealed packing.
I requested them to not to cancel the return and either provide me the right product or return my money. They denied all this upfront.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
