I ordered a footwear of size ** but received size ** on **th june.I placed return request but the delivery guy refused to accept and since more than a month am following up with customer service to atleast send another person for investigation but now they denied to help.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
