I have ordered an Ryzen * ****G desktop processor from Amazon website by seller named Shailron Technologies for ₹ **** on ** January ****. But received a rubic cube instead of Processor. Made many calls to Customer service of amazon India and they scheduled a pickup and refund after providing photo and my Identity proof. But the pickup was cancelled every time without anyone coming to my house for six times in a row. Sent an email to jeff@amazon.com. Got a reply saying that issue will be solved and like mail from many from customer support saying the same. But the issue is still not solved and no pickup has been initiated now and there is no scope of a guaranteed pickup and refund of money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
