Myntra - Wrong product received

I ordered a Myntra Product: Jacket ( Wrogn Jackets) Date of order: **.**.**** Date of receiving : **.**.**** Date of return request : **.*.**** Amount paid: Rs **** Order id : ********************* Registered contact no.: ********** Registered email id:ansumans***@gmail.com I ordered the product from the company but I have received the wrong product which is totally the different product .but I contact to the company for refund and replacement but they not respond to them. and company send they send original product and consumer lied to them. Finally I make exchange request but they can't pickup this product by delivery agent.but Myntra already approved the claim on **th Jan n exchange request in been initiated and the expected delivery date is **-January-**** . When the picked up boy came on **-*-**** and told him firstly you have to give me original product then i will give you replacement . I said i received wrong order so how can he provide original order . picked up did not give him replacement he said on **th Jan company send mail on mail their is mention you will give wrong product to the company then pick up boy will give your original. I request you to bring back my money. Pls sir help me...
