South Sarees - Wrong product received

Rasmy Kiran filed complaint against South Sarees on May 2, 2019

I had placed an order for a silk saree from the website of South Saree. But I received an entirely different low-quality polyester Saree. Material, design everything is different. The most ridiculous thing they are repeatedly saying is that "as the product is not damaged it can't be replaced/refunded". This is a total fraud. Their website claims that if the customer is not satisfied with the product they will replace it. But here it is not like or dislike, it is totally a different product I received. Still, they say they will not replace it. Attaching original one ordered and what I received.
